According to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Fit venom and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively ”,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) deliver this Notice to California Residents (“CCPA Notice”). It applies to California residents (“consumers” or “you”) who visit our website at (the “Website”), apply for a job with us, purchase products or services from us, or otherwise engage or interact with us. Any terminology used but not defined below shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Privacy Policy, which may be found at /privacy-policy, or in the CCPA, as applicable.


Within the twelve (12) months before the Last Update of this CCPA Notice (“Last Update”), has or may have acquired and/or received the Categories of Personal Information described below (with examples) from or about customers, their homes, or devices. Personal Information does not include I publicly available information from government records; (ii) deidentified or aggregated Personal Information; or (iii) information exempt from the CCPA, such as information governed by sector-specific data protection laws such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, and the California Financial Information Protection Act.


We collect the above-mentioned categories of personal information directly from consumers (e.g., forms, surveys, responses, or other direct interactions from or with consumers), indirectly from consumers (e.g., consumer activity online, interactions with our website and other sites), and through our affiliate program.

Subject to certain limitations, you have the right to request that we remove any Personal Information that we obtained from you and maintained. Unless an exception applies, once we receive and validate your request, we will remove (or instruct our service providers to delete) your Personal Information from our records.


To make a valid consumer request, the consumer may be needed to supply up to three data points, including additional Personal Information, in order for us to verify the customer’s identification with the degree of confidence necessary by the CCPA. We shall only utilize Personal Information submitted in a valid consumer request to confirm the requestor’s identity or authorization to make the request. We or a third party acting on our behalf may contact you to establish whether a request meets the definition of a verified consumer request under relevant legislation. If we are unable to authenticate your identity or authorization to make the request and confirm the Personal Information corresponds to you, we will refuse the consumer request in whole or in part and will not divulge or, if appropriate, delete the requested information. We shall reply to any such consumer request with a refusal and explain why there is no acceptable mechanism for verifying the requestor’s identity.
