According to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), Fit venom and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively ” www.plrocksandsand.com,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) deliver this Notice to California Residents (“CCPA Notice”). It applies to California residents (“consumers” or “you”) who visit our website at plrocksandsand.com (the “Website”), apply for a job with us, purchase products or services from us, or otherwise engage or interact with us. Any terminology used but not defined below shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Privacy Policy, which may be found at www.plrocksandsand.com /privacy-policy, or in the CCPA, as applicable.

YOU HAVE RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR DELETION

Subject to certain limitations, you have the right to request that we remove any Personal Information that we obtained from you and maintained. VERIFICATION PROCESS

To make a valid consumer request, the consumer may be needed to supply up to three data points, including additional Personal Information, in order for us to verify the customer’s identification with the degree of confidence necessary by the CCPA. We shall only utilize Personal Information submitted in a valid consumer request to confirm the requestor’s identity or authorization to make the request.
