It applies to California residents (“consumers” or “you”) who visit our website at plrocksandsand.com (the “Website”), apply for a job with us, purchase products or services from us, or otherwise engage or interact with us. YOU HAVE RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR DELETION

VERIFICATION PROCESS
To make a valid consumer request, the consumer may be needed to supply up to three data points, including additional Personal Information, in order for us to verify the customer’s identification with the degree of confidence necessary by the CCPA. According to California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code Section 1798.83), California residents have the right to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes, such as the names and addresses of those third parties, as well as examples of the services or products marketed by those third parties.
